When we moved into our new home, the front yard was partially finished but the backyard was a blank palette. It was a challenge because we had a huge hillside that we didn't know quite how to deal with. One of the first things we appreciated about West Coast Construction was that when they came ot our home, almost the entire crew came with Larry and Candice, the owners, to take a look at the project. That showed us that they were serious about our job, and were willing to spend the time to collaborate on a design. We also liked that Larry had a crew that was experienced in concrete flatwork, block, carpetry, and all aspects of Landscaping. They could do the entire job without relying on subcontractors. Bewtwwn our ideas and Larry's experience and crativity, we came up with a game-plan. We are very particular about detail, and we found that Larry and his crew were attentive to all facets of the job. In addition, his cre was a pleasure to deal with and very polite. We ended up with a beautiful patio to enjoy, an Allen Block wall keeping our hillside intact, decorative stonework and boulders as accents, and many beautiful plants to watch grow.

We recently moved into a new home and after a we were seeing lots of 8 legged creatures that I absolutely cannot stand! My husband thought the overgrown hedges/shrubbery around the front and side of the house were a big factor in them thinking they could live here. We asked around to friends and family for recomendations on local landscapers and were sent to Larry and Candice. I called Candice and she was very lovely on the phone and completely understood my hysteria and made sure to let me know they could handle the job. Larry came out that day, pointed out things we knew and some additional things we didnt realize but actually made a big difference, and gave us a fair estimate. He told me he would be back the next morning to take care of all the work we needed done. The following day he came, completed the job and even brought home defence spray for around the house after he was done so I would feel more at ease. Needless to say, we were very happy with the service and professionalism of West Coast Construction & Clean Ups. We have already called Larry to schedule another landscaping project at our rental property. One additional thing I would like to address, mostly for peace of mind issues. I must admit I was nervous to have a man I had never met come to my home when my husband was gone to work. Having Larry recomended by someone I knew made that decision easier. After meeting Larry and having him around our home for a significant period of time, I can tell you he is very honest, respectful, professional and courteous.

West Coast Construction is the best! We had some issues with our well and didnt know what to do. Larry Montenegro came over to look at it and tell us what it needed. It was a simple fix that my husband was able to do. Larry didnt even charge us anything for his advice and said if we neede his help he woud come over and do it. He's an honest and good man. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs any kind of work done. He even fixed my elderly neighbors truck for a reasonable price.
